Job description
Pyramid ETC Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily rehab projects across New York. You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, coordinating with Owners and local authorities to ensure timely delivery.
The role requires extensive PM experience on occupied residential projects, strong MS Project/BlueBeam skills, and willingness to travel throughout the NY/NJ region. A related engineering/construction degree is preferred.
