Job description
Eaton’s Fibrebond engineering team in Minden, LA is seeking a Lead Project Manager to guide multiple power distribution projects from sale to delivery. You will be the customer’s single in-house contact, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost are controlled while coordinating with engineering, procurement, and production.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in engineering or project management, with strong communication, scheduling, and problem‑ solving skills.
