Senior Project ManagerKimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand our Natural Gas practice in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.ResponsibilitiesThe qualified individual will lead a Natural Gas team while building and managing relationships with key clientsLeadership responsibilities include: Operating with integrity and sound business principlesProviding vision, business planning and strategyEstablishing goalsBuilding and maintaining positive client relationshipsHaving open communication with your partners and teamOur Project Managers/Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentorThe successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their businessWith success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of an impressive bonus program with the potential to advance to ownershipQualifications10+ years of relevant experience managing natural gas or related projectsKnowledge of natural gas systems and/or solar industry and processesRegistered Professional Engineer (P.E.) licenseExtensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land ownersStrong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil3D, Excel, and/or GISBusiness development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected workAbility to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive mannerDemonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitablyWhy Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
