Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our Product Development team. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Development Officer, this role will be responsible for leading cross-functional execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and strategic initiatives across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coordinating diverse stakeholders, and has a proven ability to drive complex projects from concept through commercialization. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the Product Development organization, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Design, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and other key business functions to deliver innovative wellness technology products on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, from concept development through product launch and post-launch support.

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical paths.

Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams.

Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, stage-gate reviews, and executive status updates.

Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans to minimize schedule, cost, and quality impacts.

Monitor project progress against key deliverables and escalate issues appropriately to leadership.

Coordinate launch readiness activities, ensuring all functions are prepared for successful product commercialization.

Support portfolio planning, resource allocation, and prioritization efforts within the Product Development organization.

Establish and improve project management processes, tools, templates, and governance practices to increase organizational effectiveness.

Prepare executive-level reporting and communications for leadership stakeholders.

Manage special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Chief Product Development Officer.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business, Product Development or a related field.

10+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics, medical devices, wellness technology, consumer products, or a related industry.

Demonstrated experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) or product development programs.

Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, stage-gate processes, and commercialization activities.

Exceptional organizational, planning, and execution skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Experience working with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.

PMP certification preferred but not required.

Experience within a high-growth consumer technology, health technology, or wellness brand is strongly preferred.
