Job description
Miratech in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of speech-enabled IVR and voice solutions. You will be the primary client-facing leader, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery and clear, continuous communication across stakeholders.
This role blends program and project management with hands-on leadership, establishing structure, coordinating architects, engineers, analysts, and vendors, and driving governance, risk management, and process improvements.
