Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of large-scale, technically complex construction projects? We are partnering with a leading design-build contractor, who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value projects across mission critical project types.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Working closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field operations, you will ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Drive project performance to ensure safety, quality, and financial objectives are achieved.
Oversee contract administration, change management, and cost control processes.
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff.
Coordinate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project planning phases.
Provide regular reporting on project progress, financials, and key milestones.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of construction project management experience.
Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects
Experience managing projects valued at $50M+.
Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
