A highly respected transportation engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to lead major transportation projects across New York State.

What You’ll Do
Manage transportation and highway engineering projects from pursuit through delivery
Serve as the primary client contact , overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and technical execution
Lead and contribute to business development efforts , including client meetings, proposals, and presentations
Provide technical leadership on roadway and transportation design projects
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior/mid-level staff
Develop and strengthen relationships with public-sector transportation clients and stakeholders
Help expand the firm’s presence across New York transportation markets
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
15+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience
New York PE license required
Experience delivering projects for NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Federal Aid programs
Strong business development background and existing industry relationships
Proven ability to win work, manage clients, and lead project teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills

$150K–$195K base salary (depending on experience/location)
