Skill set.

8+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or Agile delivery leadership roles

Strong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs

Expertise in project planning, dependency management, and risk management

Experience creating status reports, dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive presentations

Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and quarterly planning cycles

Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, reporting, and AI tools (such as Copilot, Claude, or similar)

Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting and delivery workflows

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in financial services or fintech domains

Job responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution across initiatives, from intake through release.

Translate business priorities into structured delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

Build and maintain integrated roadmaps, project plans, and Gantt views aligned with sprint plans across multiple workstreams and teams.

Partner with Product and Technology leaders to align scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

Track delivery progress and drive timely corrective action by identifying gaps, risks, blockers, and ownership needs.

Identify, manage, and monitor cross-team dependencies, including those managed through Jira or Jira Align, and assess
