Job description
Welltower, a global leader in residential wellness and healthcare infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Property Accountant. This role covers accounting for fixed assets, construction and development costs, and property operating expenses, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX.
You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses, collaborating with Asset Management, Development, and FP&A to deliver timely financial reporting.
