Job description
DLC Management Corp. seeks a Supervising Senior Property Accountant to lead accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties. You will supervise property accountants, review statements, and collaborate with Asset Management and lenders.
You will drive forecasting, annual budgeting, and audits, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely, accurate reporting across internal and external stakeholders.
