Job description
DLC Management Corp. in the United States seeks a Supervising Senior Property Accountant to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and analysis for a portfolio of properties. You will lead a team of Property Accountants and coordinate with Asset Management and JV partners.
Responsibilities include monthly close, cash flow forecasting, tax basis and GAAP statements, audits, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and loan documents.
