Job description
Dominium is seeking a Financial Analysis Manager for the Dallas Regional Office to lead the analytics for a large multi-family portfolio. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, and deliver executive level reporting to support strategic decisions.
You will mentor a team of 5–6 analysts, collaborate with COO/CFO and cross‑functional partners, and drive process improvements, growth initiatives, and long‑range plans for property management.
