Job description
Arcan Capital is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations for a large-scale, Class A community, with the flexibility to travel and support additional properties across the portfolio as needed. You will be fully accountable for property performance - overseeing budgeting, leasing, marketing, maintenance, and compliance - while building and leading a motivated on-site team.
