Even with more than 8,500 people, 130 U.S. locations, and a global reach, we promise to know you and help you.CLA is dedicated to building a culture that invites different beliefs and perspectives to the table, so we can truly know and help our clients, communities, and each other.CLA is currently seeking a Property Tax Senior to join our State & Local Tax (SALT) practice.How you’ll create opportunities in this Property Tax Senior role:Review fixed asset detail documents submitted by clients required for property tax renditionsWork with client and property tax team to resolve identified data issuesReceive training on Avalara softwareUtilize Avalara to prepare and review property tax renditionsWork with clients from multiple industries, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail & HealthcareComplete tax-related research and special projects as neededReview and resolve property tax notices received from AssessorsIdentify discrepancies wiling an appeal may be requiredDevelop and train team associates and interns to help them build inspired careersWork with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get resultsWhat you will need:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required2+ years' of relevant experience requiredExperience in business consulting or services preferredCPA eligible preferredOur approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.
