BlueHalo is seeking a Proposal Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico, responsible for leading proposal teams and developing compelling proposals for Federal Government solicitations. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience or a Master’s Degree with 4+ years in proposal management. The salary range is $90-$115k, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) contributions, and paid time off.
