Job description
Caddell Construction seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the preparation of high-quality RFP responses from the Jacksonville area. You will collaborate with joint venture partners, design teams, and subcontractors to define deliverables and manage due dates across the Proposal Development Group.
You will work with estimators, operations, and field/home office staff to gather information for proposals, and you will lead debriefs with clients while maintaining proposal files in the company
