Job description
SLS Housing Division is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of complex, high‑value housing proposals. You will manage the full lifecycle—from opportunity review and kickoff through development, reviews, production, and final submission—while collaborating with technical, operational, estimating, contracts, marketing, business development, and executive leadership.
