Woolpert seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the firm2s most complex, high-value proposal pursuits. You will advise executive leadership on pursuit strategy, capture, and risk, and partner with technical leaders to shape enterprise‑level win strategies.
This role oversees governance, standards, and processes across regions and markets, driving continuous improvement and talent development within the Proposal Team.
