Job description
AtlasBase is seeking a Sr. Scientist, Protein Engineering in South San Francisco to lead campaigns that improve enzyme activity, stability, and manufacturability. You will design libraries, run high-throughput screening, and guide design cycles from bench to formulation.
This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership, requiring hands-on bench work, rigorous data analysis, and clear communication with cross-functional teams.
