Job description
SOL Mental Health in the DMV area is seeking a Board-certified General Psychiatrist to provide medical direction and oversee Medicare patients. This hybrid role covers DC/MD/VA with a supportive clinical team and structured oversight.
You will lead SCR reviews, develop treatment plans, and collaborate across disciplines. Compensation is $220k-$270k plus incentives, with 401(k), CEU budget, and substantial benefits in a clinician-centered environment.
