Job description
Total Care Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Ohio's assisted living and independent living communities. You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain independence for residents.
Responsibilities include delivering skilled PT services, supervising PTAs, documenting care, and educating residents and families.
