Job description
Otsego County, MI seeks an experienced accountant under the Finance Director to produce complex reports and financial information, and provide high level guidance to other departments on the county's finances. You will assist in budget development, prepare reconciliations and statements, oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and ensure GAAP compliance while training staff on accounting software.
A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and five years of governmental accounting
