• Lead the assessment anddocumentation of current and target-state processes and functional requirementsacross the enterprise.
• Collaborate with customersand enterprise developers to formulate policies and plans that supportenterprise goals.
• Implement efficientend-to-end processes and maximize the use of existing IT assets.
• Align strategic goals andobjectives with key business and IT initiatives.
• Develop an integrated viewof the enterprise using industry-standard techniques, frameworks, and bestpractices.
• Design, develop, deploy,and manage applications on EKS and other cloud platforms.
• Provide technicalleadership and guidance to development teams on projects of similar scope andcomplexity.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certificationsare highly desirable.
• Over 15 years of relevantexperience, including leading teams on projects of similar scope andcomplexity.
• Proven experience as a leaddeveloper for projects with comparable responsibilities and challenges.
Requirements
Proficiencyin the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Strongknowledge of programming languages, application servers, database servers,and system architecture.
Advancedexpertise in Python and other modern programming languages toaddress business needs.
Expertisein designing, developing, deploying, and managing applications onEKS .
Hands-onexperience withAWS services.
Solidunderstanding of microservices and containerization.
Git lab and Terraform knowledge is a huge plus
Experiencewith in AI and gen AI tools (person like this is preferred) modern techstack
Familiaritywith one or more of the following technologies is a plus.
