Senior QA & Dev Ops Consultant in the USA
The SeniorQA & DevOps Consultantwill be an instrumental member of the project teamtesting Salesforce software features as part of a collaborative team andassistingwith support requests. This roleis responsible forexecutive quality review of our clients’ Salesforce implementations. Responsibilities include creating test plans and strategy, and test cases in partnership with declarative specialists,developersand project managers.

Responsibilities:
Support internal Cloud for Good and external client teams in the test development and execution of system, integration, functional and end-to-end testing for the client’s Salesforce-based application
Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups,Demosand working sessions
Review client requirements and provide feedback
Investigate incoming issues by reproducing reported issues and investigating bugs
Find, isolate, document, and track bugs through to resolution
Review user interfaces for conformity, accessibility compliance,and functionality
Responsible for creating test plans and test cases
Executesfunctional, regression,acceptancetestsand exploratory testingusing both manual andautomated test execution
Executes the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation
Ensure user storiescomply withacceptance criteria, whilemonitoringadherence to quality standards in development and implementation
Facilitate communication between development teams and client’s QA with respect to quality issues and deliverables
Perform performance testing using tools such as JMeter
Perform accessibility testingin accordance withWCAG guidelines, including screen reader compatibility
Perform security testing, including DAST and SAST scans
Qualifications + Education Requirements:
Must Haves:
4+ years ofQuality Assuranceexperience
2+years experiencein Public Sector
Experiencewith web-based, cloud services and application development solutions
Knowledge of QA methodologies and software testingbestpractices
Agilemethodologyexperience
Basic understanding ofdevOpsbest practices, deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, anddevOpstooling (Gearsetpreferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be client facing
Experience in client services company
Experience in test plan and script creation and implementation
Experience with full-cycle testing of Web interfaces and platforms,functionality,and integration testing
Experience with Agile tooling (ieAtlassian’s JIRA,Azureor Copado)
Nice to Haves:
QA certification
Experience with Education, Nonprofit, and/orFinancialindustry a plus
Experience withGearSet,Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, and similar toolingdesirable

Travel Requirements All roles at Cloud for Good include a travelcomponent. Business travel—both domestic and international—may berequiredbased on project and client needs. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation.
Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected tomaintaina professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).
Client Time Zone Alignment As a team member, you maybe requiredto adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role
