Job description
Baxter is seeking a Quality Associate III to own and drive QMS processes for U.S. depot operations, based in Skaneateles Falls, NY. You will collaborate with Canadian teams to standardize practices and ensure regulatory compliance across UCAN.
Independently evaluate complex issues, apply risk-based decisions, and support continuous improvement through audits, CAPAs, and investigations. Hybrid/onsite work with up to 25% travel may be required.
