Hire Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $90,000–$110,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality strategy initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)
Evaluate and enhance testing processes including DVT, HALT, and reliability testing methodologies
Lead root cause analysis efforts, including customer failure investigations and supplier corrective actions (SCARs)
Drive product quality improvements through specification analysis and engineering change initiatives
Evaluate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and resolve defects at the source
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
Strong PCB experience and electronics exposure with the ability to troubleshoot to the component level.
5+ years of experience in quality engineering, process engineering, or similar roles
Strong experience with failure analysis, metrology, and reliability testing (HALT/HASS)
Knowledge of global compliance standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)
Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or similar
Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred
