Job description
Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG in Texas seeks a seasoned Quality leader to coordinate daily shop floor QA activities and mentor the QA and Salvage teams.
You will drive root cause analysis, monitor key quality KPIs, and own scrap, salvage, and rework processes to protect Brose and its customers. Applicants should have 5+ years in quality with automotive experience, plus strong knowledge of quality planning and process optimization.
