Job description
As a Sr. Quality Engineer at HOERBIGER, you will lead quality initiatives for advanced compression, drive, and mechatronic products in a precision manufacturing environment. You’ll develop and improve quality plans, oversee PPAP and validation activities, and drive root-cause problem solving for internal and customer issues. Partnering with cross-functional and global teams, you’ll analyze data, optimize processes, support audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements, strengthening reliability, safety, and long-term customer satisfaction.
