Job description
Shearer’s Foods, Inc. in Perham, MN, seeks a Sr. Manager of Quality & Food Safety to lead the site’s QA and safety program, partnering with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and brand integrity. You will coach four QA professionals, drive continuous improvement, and ensure audit readiness across the facility.
The role requires a BS in a science field, 10+ years in QA/FS, and PCQI/SQF/HACCP certifications, with proven leadership in a plant setting.
