Job description
VNS Health seeks a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist to lead clinical quality initiatives across home and community-based care programs. This role designs, implements, and evaluates evidence-based quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction. Responsibilities include data analysis, performance measurement, root cause analysis, and regulatory readiness.
