Our customers are developing tomorrow's high-tech products, and we are building technology to accelerate their success.We're looking for an experienced Quality Inspector who's passionate about precision and wants to play a key role in building the infrastructure of modern manufacturing. You'll be hands-on in a dynamic, cross-functional environment helping us deliver quality at speed.What You'll Do:Inspect composite parts, molds, and tooling—both for internal use and customer deliveryDocument and report findings clearly for internal teams and external stakeholdersSupport and improve our Quality Management System (AS9100-style)Perform receiving inspections and verify incoming materials meet specTrack and document non-conformances and coordinate rework and dispositionInput inspection data into our MES (Matrix) and help refine our digital toolsCollaborate with production, software, and engineering to raise quality and reduce defectsWhat We're Looking For:A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for precision and consistencyHands-on experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Comfortable reading engineering drawings and applying GD&TFamiliar with AS9100 or similar QMS standardsAble to clearly document and communicate quality issuesMust be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilitiesPreferred:3+ years in quality/inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentFamiliar with 3D surface scanning, Verisurf, or similar toolsExperience with MES, ERP, PLM, or QMS platforms (Matrix, Jira, NX, NetSuite, etc.)Know how to handle First Article Inspections from start to finishPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing on the production floor, alongside lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carryingMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.$29 - $40 an hour Hourly Range: $29 – $40 per hour. Final compensation is based on your experience, skills, and what you bring to the table.
