Job description
ICP Group in Tampa, FL seeks a Quality Leader to drive quality assurance initiatives and ensure high-quality coatings across plants. Lead QA programs, partner with R&D and operations, and elevate product quality through data-driven improvement.
You will own the Tampa Sun Coatings QMS, monitor SPC, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with Quality Director and Operations teams for continuous improvement.
