Job description
Kistler Instrument Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead North American quality operations, maintain AS9100 compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role oversees safety standards, audits, and CAPA across manufacturing and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Quality Management, strong root-cause analysis skills, and experience with QMS/ERP tools, leading audits and improving processes. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.
