Job description
Ardent Health Services seeks a day-shift, full-time Director of Quality & Patient Safety in Westwood, NJ, to lead hospital-wide QAPI initiatives and ensure regulatory readiness across CMS, NJDOH, and JCAHO standards.
In this role you will partner with CQO, nursing leadership, and medical staff to drive patient safety, quality improvement, and performance metrics, while guiding a team responsible for infection prevention, patient experience, and data systems.
