Job description
Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Senior Safety and Quality Consultant to lead quality-improvement and patient-safety initiatives across MICU and PIMCU. You will oversee project planning, measurement strategies, and multidisciplinary teams to drive rapid-cycle testing and sustained improvements.
The role requires advanced knowledge of QI methodologies, data analysis, and effective stakeholder engagement, with on-site duties four days per week in Boston.
