Job description
IBM is seeking a Quantum Hardware Staff Research Scientist in Yorktown Heights, NY to lead experimental investigations of IBM's quantum hardware, correlating device performance with models and identifying fidelity-limiting mechanisms.
You will work as an independent contributor within a large team of scientists, focusing on superconducting qubits and experimental quantum device design and simulation to advance IBM's quantum computers.
