EMD Serono, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking an Associate Director of Healthcare R&D Controlling to serve as a senior business partner for two Healthcare R&D Functions.
You will manage functional spending around €90m with ~400 employees, partnering with the business to optimize the pipeline, operations, and organizational setup. You will drive Operating Plan and Forecasting for indirect costs, enhance personnel cost transparency with HR, and support local US initiatives.
