Job description
Dow Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA. You will lead a 13-person multi-site team supporting home care cleaning product development, driving safety, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional execution across DIS markets.
You will manage an innovation portfolio, partner globally with R&D teams, and engage external partners to create new growth opportunities while ensuring rigorous scientific methods and timely project delivery.
