Job description
Dow Industrial Solutions in Collegeville, PA, seeks a Senior R&D Leader to guide a 13-person multi-site team supporting product and application development, mainly for Cleaning Growth Platform, with additional pharma and crop focus. Reporting to the Associate R&D Director, you’ll drive safety, innovation, and cross-functional execution.
You will manage a portfolio of Home Care Cleaning projects, set priorities, and translate strategy into actionable research plans.
