Job description
Dow is seeking a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA, to guide a multidisciplinary team of researchers, technicians, and contractors in support of Home Care Cleaning platforms and related DIS markets.
You will drive portfolio strategy, stage-gate decisions, and execution across global functions, ensuring safe, compliant operations and strong collaboration with Product, TS&D, Process R&D, and Commercial groups.
