Job description
US Pharma Lab's Senior Manager, R&D will lead multiple product development programs through research, scale-up, and commercialization, ensuring cGMPs and FDA requirements are met.
You will provide technical and managerial leadership to the R&D team, collaborate across Production, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Commercial groups, and drive strategy, priority setting, and process improvements.
