Job description
USPL is seeking a Senior Manager, R&D in North Brunswick, NJ to lead multiple product development programs through research, scale-up, and commercialization, ensuring cGMPs, SOPs, FDA requirements, and customer expectations are met.
The role provides technical and managerial leadership to the R&D team, overseeing priorities, complex projects, and collaboration with Production, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Commercial teams to drive growth and innovation.
