Job description
Harmony Biosciences is seeking an Associate Director, R&D Project & Portfolio Management in our Plymouth Meeting location. The role partners with project teams across preclinical and clinical development, integrating drug development strategy into execution to deliver medicines to patients.
You will drive cross-functional programs, manage interdependencies, optimize timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance and patient safety while reporting progress to leadership.
