The Senior Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to support in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires proficiency in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, upholding high-quality imaging standards, and maintaining accurate records and documentation of procedures and findings. Responsibilities for this role also include serving as a resource and acting as a lead while leadership is unavailable. Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals is essential for providing optimal care.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
* Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelors degree program
* Certification/Registration: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists-Radiography (ARRT(R)); Basic Life Support (BLS).
* Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

* Capability to make informed decisions regarding imaging procedures, patient care, and team management.
* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, such as performing imaging procedures while supervising staff.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
* Thorough understanding of protocols and ability to adjust as needed.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
* Pursue continued ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with advancements in radiologic technology.
Physical Requirements:
* Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
* Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
* Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
