Job description
Behavioral Innovations in Mesquite, TX seeks a dedicated RBT-backed team member to support Therapists/RBTs and clients by filling in for missing staff and acting as a resource for Therapists/RBTs.
Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, maintaining center organization, safety checks, parent communication, and assisting with clinical quality under BCBA guidance. A current RBT credential and a high school diploma are required.
