Job description
InBloom Autism Services seeks a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) to lead and mentor junior RBTs while implementing advanced ABA strategies with high fidelity. You will support BCBA initiatives, monitor data accuracy, and contribute to quality assurance across treatment teams.
Collaborating with BCBAs/BCaBAs, you’ll ensure individualized interventions are implemented effectively, track progress, and participate in ongoing professional development to help every child reach potential.
