Job description
BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Readiness Assessment Consultant to provide independent analytic advice and help develop and improve readiness processes. This full-time role is on a customer site in Maryland and requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
You will work on a team streamlining readiness processes, aiding data collection and reporting, and ensuring readiness metrics stay aligned with mission goals. Prior defense-related readiness experience is preferred.
