Job description

AIR Communities, a Blackstone portfolio company, is seeking a senior accounting leader to drive corporate accounting across auditing, budgeting, and real estate-specific activities. You will manage a team, ensure SOX controls, and deliver accurate financial reporting for the Management team.

You will oversee accruals, debt, equity, cash flows, and partner reporting while upholding GAAP and regulatory standards. This role is in-office at the Denver Tech Center.
