Job description
Consolidated Investment Group in Englewood, CO is seeking a seasoned Head of Acquisitions for multifamily and land deal-making across target markets. You will work on-market and off-market deals, building relationships with brokers, owners, and landholders, and guiding deals from first contact to closing.
You will underwrite and model transactions using Excel and Argus Enterprise, assess entitlement and zoning feasibility, and mentor junior team members. Will travel up to 60%.
