Job description
Berkadia is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to lead analytical initiatives within the Seniors Housing Debt Capital Markets team. You will evaluate property cash flows, size loans, and manage processes for successful closings while coordinating with senior leaders and client teams.
The role involves market research, preparing investor materials, and supporting the marketing of Berkadia’s products and services. Some travel is required.
